45D Electronic distributor POWERMAX MGB

Our POWERMAX Lucas type 45D4 electronic distributor fits MGB & MGB GT, fits all ‘A’ series engines from 1969 to 1981, prior to electronic ignition pack and some B series engines but does not fit DIRECTLY onto an A+ engine.

This distributor now comes supplied with our POWERMAX rotor arm which is specifically designed for durability and performance, ensure your ignition is getting the best it can

Performance electronic module available for an electronic coil, however this unit is for use with a standard coil.

Developed and tested to replace the troublesome points system with modern magnetic pick-up electronic ignition to give the following benefits:

Red wire connects to the positive connector on the coil, the Black connects to the negative
