Inside the distributor is our electronic module developed and tested by Best British Classics to replace the troublesome points system with a modern magnetic pick-up therefore we can offer a full 2 year warranty on the module

This system replaces Lucas 22D6 & 25D6 or 45D6 points distributors but to use your standard points ignition coil with a resistance more than 1.5 ohms.

This is not just a distributor with a conversion kit inside the distributor this is a custom built unit with our signature module built in and therefore you get durable, quality parts that have been tested for use over 80,000 miles.

Please note that some models i.e Spitfire & TR6 have a mechanical tachometer and our replacement does not have this functionality so upgrading to a electronic tacho is neccessary to keep this working.
