Cancellation rights: In line with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, if you change your mind about a purchase made then you may return it 'as new' in its original unopened packaging for a refund provided you have notified us in writing within 28 days of receipt of your intention to do so. The cost of returning an order which the customer has cancelled is the responsibility of the customer.

Money-back guarantee: All of our new items bought also have a 14 day Money-back guarantee. If you change your mind about a purchase then you may return it 'as new' in its original packaging for a refund provided you have notified us in writing within 14 days of receipt of your intention to do so. We will only refund the original item cost excluding all postage charges. The cost of returning an item under this guarantee is the responsibility of the customer. We aim to process all returns within 72 hours of receipt Mon-Fri. Please new, condition complete with any packaging and instructions. Failure to do so could incur a restock fee up to the full value of the item. As standard a restock fee of 20% is charged for allunwanted items returned. We accept no responsibility for returned items until they have been received back by us. Any refunds will be made against the original payment method.

Please ensure that all returns include your address and name along with
the date of purchase otherwise there may be a delay to processing your return.

Most our items also come with a 12 month guarantee against defects. Should your purchase prove to be faulty within 12 months we may provide a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
